Ducati CROWBAR MX Goggles When the greed for speed gets under your skin and crawls up your spine, you’ll appreciate the fact that we put this much technology in a goggle — and why it honors one of the most aggressive machines in the Ducati family. This elite version of Oakley’s CROWBAR® MX salutes the Ducati Hypermotard™, a bike that dominates every inch of asphalt with big-bore acceleration. We’ve engineered goggles for nearly three decades, and this is the level of performance and protection demanded by the world’s top riders. It’s a precision instrument that begs for abuse, a lightweight chassis of durable, flexible O MATTER® combined with an optically pure LEXAN® lens. The wide-open view helps you see whatever the course is about to throw under your front forks while letting you keep an eye on anyone who even thinks about passing you. It works with our laminated tear offs, the most optically pure tear-off system available. We added every innovation we could think of, and then some. You can’t concentrate if your goggle is digging into your face bones or trapping itchy sweat, so we created a comfortable anatomical fit that balances pressure with strap outriggers while wicking away sweat with specially formulated triple-layer foam. We treated the strap with silicone to prevent slipping, and textured the interior to reduce glare. When it comes to impact protection, CROWBAR® MX meets all ANSI Z87.1 and EN 1938 standards. It comes with two interchangeable lenses: a clear one with Anti-Reflective (AR) coating for competition under arena lights, and a lens with Black IRIDIUM® coating for when you’re tearing up a course under blinding sun. The second lens helps maintain your ability to see colors, so dirt looks like dirt, and shrubs look like shrubs. The goggle comes with a 7 pack laminated tearoff system and a removable nose guard with a non-pinching bridge.
