The importance of Lightweight

I have owned several models of Oakley sunglasses over the last 15 years or so. I have always been happy with the quality and they will easily last 5 years or more when taken care of. After trying some of the newer styles with thicker plastic frames, I have finally realized the importance of light weight in my sunglasses. I had some O frame glasses a few years ago that I wore for 5+ years that were similar to these Conducts. As you can tell I really liked them because I wore them forever. They were actually replaced a couple times under warranty, when Oakley had a lifetime warranty. After getting the Conducts I have to say that I really like them. The heavier full plastic frame models need to be pushed back up a lot, especially if you are hot and sweaty. Also, those thicker frames block your peripheral vision a lot, not good when driving. These glasses stay in place and I never really know they are there. I even prefer these to the wire frame version I have.

I bought the Polished Black/G40 Black Gradient and I love them!! I am Asian and bought the regular fit - no issues. Very stylish =)
