OK. I live and breath oakley. I own four pairs, and only four because of budget cutbacks (as in I have no more moneys) Oakley.com is my homepage for the interenet. I don't yet work at the local oakley store, but I definitely know everything there is to know about oakleys. When I go in there, THEY learn something. You know what I mean? So when I say these are the best oakleys I've ever worn, you can understand that I am sincere about it. Look, my advice to anybody looking for everyday, everyuse, everywhere sunglasses, get these. The only thing I regret is not getting them polarized. But I wear my Rigs everyday. I love the styling on them, and I think the ghost text really breaks up the monotony of plain polished black. My favorite part about them though HAS TO BE, the unbeleivable lens. IT WRAPS AROUND MY FACE. I get no glare, I don't have to put my car visors down, I can look at the sun. You know? The lens is amazing. Not to mention the reflection. I've had these glasses for about 6 months now, and I still love to watch people try to look for my eyes. It's funny, and it gives me attention. I've used them as icebreakers in conversations many a time. These glasses are great, and for first time buyers I say: Get these, but if you can, get them polarized. For experienced oak-fans, I say: Get some of these for when you go places and you want to be noticed. OAKLEY.

The Oil Rig is awesome, I believe anyone looking for a sick accessory to add to their wear, choose the Rigs. I wore them for a couple dances and to some football games and no doubt people will notice you. I got mine at a Sunglass Hut in Boulder, CO. I won't regret buying them, thank you Oakley.

I love my new Oil Rigs! I have had them for about two weeks and they are so stylish and useful. The only problem i have with them is that they fog up really easily, i live in charleston, SC so it is very humid. As soon as you walk outside form being indoors for a few minutes, they fog up horribly! Overall though they are great sunglasses and i would recommend them to anyone who likes a bigger sunglass.
These are by far my favorite pair of sunglasses I have ever owned. Sometimes when I walk into a store i for get i have them on. Over all a great pair of shades , Very light , i would recommend getting the polarized lenses. Just one bad thing before i put in the polarized lenses the glasses fell off my head and scratched the lense.

I bought these at sunglass hut in Atlantic City i spent at least 30 minutes trying to decide if I would buy them because i thought people would see my eyes but you can't as soon as i hit the board walk immediatly i saw people turn back and look at my shades I got the Black/Silver Ghost Text/Black Iridium

What had happened was originally I had bought the Antix glasses. I was satisfied with the look since they had a similar appearance and shape to the Hijinx which I have. However, I brought these back to my hotel, yes I was on vacation, and kicked myself because I had tried on the Oil Rigs. They were sharp looking, looked great, and i already had a similar frame. So i took back the Antix, sorry Antix lovers, and picked up the oil rigs. Thank goodness I did because i personally am much more satisfied with these glasses. I love the uni-lens, if you will, because of its unique look and style. Definitely stands out. I purchased the black iridium lenses with the black frame with ghost texts. These sunglasses will break a few necks when people look :) They do stand out, so if you don't wanna be the attention getter, then don't get them :) Anyways, the fogging part is an issue. What I did was i lowered them slightly on my nose moving them a hair out farther and then fog disappeared. So this could be a common remedy for people having a similar problem with these sunglasses. The quick position adjustment isn't even noticeable. Doesn't look like I have nose glasses. Definitely a sharp looking pair of sunglasses. The black iridium lens is a must because of its flashy appearance. I am glad I purchased these, and wont take them back. As a above reader says about her "O" in her sunglasses, the chrome looking O is found at a retailer, so I'm guessing that issue of the sunglasses must be limited to that retailer as mine was. Overall, hands down, perfect sunglasses to keep your eyes safe in the summer, and keep your style at the same time

These glasses are very light, fit snug on your face, and because they have such a large lens, you forget you are wearing them because you can't see the frame on them or feel the weight on your head. they look great, and do what they are supposed to do protecting your eyes without impairing your vision.

These glasses can fit a lot of people. I have a small face and these still fit me. I've been getting a lot of compliments on them and they are attention getters. They slip down my nose from time to time, but I lifeguard and my face gets a bit oily so that's probably the reason. My glasses are also unique from the ones online. I have the ghost text, but the O on the sides of my glasses are silver instead of black.

These sunglasses are awesome. They fit just right and don't fall off of your face at all. Very comfortable to wear. Great for riding motorcycles because they stay right on your face and you have no worries of them slipping off. I highly recommend these sunglasses because they feel great and look awesome.

They are great to wear not as big on my face as I thought it would be. However, frame squeaks with some pressure on it. It doesnt seem as durable as I would expect for $120 sunglasses. Overall good its actually great for biking.

I love the futuristic style and the wrap around visibility is unlimited on these. Big ones but very lightweight, and the enormous chrome O on the earstems announce loud and proud that these are Oakley. They look big on my smaller face, but not absurdly so. Very stylish but no Unobtanium nose or ear grips like on performance Oakleys, so they slip some if one sweats heavily while wearing them. Good price though especially for the coverage they provide.

This is the fourth pair of Oakley sunglasses that I have bought and I am still a happy customer. I also have Gascan and Half-Jacket sunglasses. These are the biggest pair that I have and I love them for it. The huge single piece lens on these glasses offers amazing coverage of the face and optical clarity. I am a rower, so keeping the glare from the water out of my eyes is something I need and the Oil Rigs do just that. The only issue that I have had is that the top corners of the lens will fog sometimes, but it goes away once some air gets in. Also, they will slip around if you are running or moving around a lot. If you want something that stays put better, I would suggest Half- Jacket or Radar that feature Oakley Unobtanium. Even with the small issues, this is a great set of eye ware!
