h2. Polarized JULIET Sunglasses Flex couplers allow this 25-piece blend of X METAL® and art to fit naturally around the skull. The adjustable frame includes temple shocks, interchangeable nosebombs, and all the innovations that sculptural physics can offer. Chiseled intake ports bolt the contoured orbitals around pure PLUTONITE® lenses to retain the precise geometry of XYZ OPTICS®. Our polarized lenses are specially engineered to block the blinding rays of glare that are magnified by flat surfaces such as snow, water and pavement. Oakley polarization technology utilizes a liquid infusion process to bond the polarizing filter at the molecular level. That's how we eliminate the haze and distortion found in conventional technologies and achieve the best polarized sunglasses on the planet. JULIET features Oakley HYDROPHOBIC™, a permanent lens coating that prevents rain and sweat from building up on the lens. It also repels skin oils and other contaminates, so the lens is smudge resistant and easy to keep clean. It even eliminates static electricity, so dirt and dust particles won't cling. Ultra hi-strength X Metal® Titanium frame material 8.75 base lens technology with HIGH DEFINITION OPTICS® (HDO®) Oakley HYDROPHOBIC™ lens coating Available with Oakley Authentic Prescription Lenses (+2.00 to -4.00 with cylinder up to -3.00)

I have 2 pair of juliets and just about all the lens types for the juliet i wear them at work and on the motorcycle and when i go out and during the day i rarely tke them off i've dropped them from a 2nd floor balcony and dropped them a few times all in all there was never any major damage just a small scratch that you have to look for. I have five pairs of oakleys total and all are great, julites get the most wear

Beautiful Design but...
Date: August 5, 2009
Pros: Durable, Optimal clarity, No glare Cons: slightly heavy
I got these right after I lost my XX's to a lake. After reading about them and seeing pictures of them I knew I had to get me a pair. Price was a little steep but they looked so amazing that I couldn't not buy them. So I placed me an order. After getting them and picking them up for the first time I thought they were a little heavy. I tried them on and they fit fine. But after wearing them around everywhere and while I played baseball, I wasn't thrilled to find out that gravity likes to tug at them when I look down. But that's the only problem I have with them. Maybe it's just the shape of my face. Maybe if my head was a little bigger I wouldn't have the problem.
So if someone were to ask me if I'd recommend them, I'd say it depends on your lifestyle (and your face). If you're a very active person who likes to play sports and what not, I might steer you towards some flak jackets or something not made of metal. But I would mainly advise you to just go down to your local sunglass shop and try them on before you buy a pair. So there's my critique. Take it or leave it.

These Baby's Last!!!!

Pros: Comfortable, Durable, No glare
I bought my first pair of Juliets when i came back form Iraq and Kuwait and i have had that pair till this last january when i thought i lost them I was devestated because these glases had been a life saver more than once weather it was taking a climbing latch in the top of a tree and not even getting a scratch or getting run over at the pottervalley rodeo these things had seen it all the hunidity of the phillipines the salt water from most of the worlds oceans more drunk days and sometimes night all over the world and always looking good with little care needed i went through only 3 sets of lens in 7 years of wearing them almost every day. So today on my birthday my wife suprised me with a new pair that are awesome then my little bro lets me know he had my old pair in a drawer at his house so know i have 2 pairs and am happy as anyone man can be with his sunglass situation. Thank you Oakley!!!!

Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Optimal clarity, No glare
I've had the glasses for 3 years now (my 8th pair of Oakleys) and I love them. They started out as Carbon/Black Iridium and I have replaced the lenses once. I would definitely buy another pair. Oakley is also the best!!!! I've been with them since the Eyeshade and the good old days of no questions asked replacement!!!

Pros: Comfortable, Optimal clarity
Hi,
I've had a pair of these wonderful sunglasses for about two years now at least. I have to say these are the best!! I have the POLISHED frame with Black Irdium and Fire Iridum polarized lenses. The style pure unique in its own way. The frame is pretty much unbreakable and strong. Titianium will take a lot of super damage to break if possible.
I wear contacts and I can see great durning the bright sunny days here in Southern California, I can sometimes look up at the sun for a second or two without hurting my eyes ( don't do this at home)
Also they fit great, but if doing hardcore sports like basketball they might have a chance to fall easier.
