Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Optimal clarity, No glare, attractive w/o being flashy
Cons: anti-glare coating may've rubbed off after so long
I could definitely say this is probably one of, if not the best pair of eyeglasses I've ever had. I always thought the brand's shades were cool and when I couldn't find a new set of frames I liked for a few years, I just kept replacing the lenses in whatever pair I had previously, but they kept breaking from constant readjustments (lighter metals unfortunately can't take quite the daily beating).
Unbeknown to me after switching to smaller frames previously, I hadn't had a decent face-flattering pair in a while, so I was looking for something that drew confidence but with a slight feminine flair to draw attention to my blue hazels against my dark brown hair.
I happened upon a pair of these at my eye doctor's place and became entranced. The fact that I'm an aspiring writer and, as the nicknames suggests, a complete Story Addict, I knew it was a sign that the model had been christened "Poetic". Not only have they served as a daily reminder of my aspiration in life, but despite the occasional slip down my nose while leaning over to fetch something off the floor, these have done their job holding up to the daily wear and were so definitely worth the $300 investment w/ transition lenses and protective coating. I hope they'll last at least another couple of years.
